Sleeper sofa in living room. Can accommodate up to 4 persons.  Color TV with satellite service and WiFi.  Includes a new large deck overlooking the river that is accessible from the bedroom and has table, chairs and gas grill. Washer/Dryer available for guest use on first come/first serve basis. Guests provide own laundry supplies.
